A Midsummer Night’s Soiree.
The night of DTALE Decor’s annual bash, our beautiful Boutique store at Thrissur provided the right ambience with Shahabaz Aman’s soulful singing thrilling the intimate crowd gathered there. The moment you stepped into DTALE, you were surrounded in a visual, tactile, auditory, and dynamic wistful journey that celebrates the multifaceted culture of our country – its richness, its diversity, its beauty, and its boundless love.
The night was filled with the sweet, warm, rich and woody scent of the furniture combined with the pungent, musky, piquant smell of marigolds along with fragrant swirls of sandalwood, that is beautifully Indian and the light clinking of the buffet plates and champagne flutes with laughter filling the air. As always at DTALE the party was all about the people who worked there, the team that makes every homeowner's dreams come true.
The artisans, designers and all the staff along with their family enjoyed a night filled with powerful, emotionally charged speeches, photo sessions and a great buffet dinner with music lovers tapping their feet along as the calm music was beautifully performed before them. While the collection of Tabla, flute, sitar players took the centre stage with Shahabaz, he performed with his characteristic child-like smile, the carelessly tied-up long curly hair, and the meditative mood that he slips into often during his performances, giving this Keralite musician a mystic fakir-like appearance on the stage. And it matches perfectly with the Malayalam Sufi Rock--that he calls his genre of music. It was indeed a beautiful night to remember.
