Warranty Period - 3 years
We stand behind everything we built and sell, if at any time you have an issue with your furniture during our warranty period, we will fix it at no labor on material cost on providing a receipt.
The product warranty does not cover-
Defects caused by improper handling, 3rd party assembly, miss-use, or negligence.

Variation of colour or texture of natural material like fabric, leather, or wood is not covered. Wearing, staining , loosening of fabrics or leather from Daily use, is not covered. It is natural for fabric or leather to deteriorate over time.
Warranty Period - 10 years
The PU LATEX we use on the inside ensures better comfort parameters, which makes the body better supported. In comparison with standard foam, the foam we use at Dtale has better resilience that greatly increases comfort and extends the durability of the furniture. Foam resilience is one of the most important elements in the process of furniture production, together with shape memory and foam durability.
If There’s a problem, we’ll fix it.
Upon delivery of our furniture, we ask our customers to inspect their pieces to ensure they are just right. If any problems are found at that point, we are happy to take the order back to our shop for free and re-deliver it back out, as soon as possible, at no additional cost.
We can pick it up from you.
In the event a repair is needed, we can pick it from you within a 40km radius free of cost. For kilometers above that, we will be charging an amount based on the actual transportation charge.

2-3 weeks later your furniture will be good as new.
Once the furniture is back in our shop we make warranty items our top priority. Where our normal production lead time is 10-12 weeks, we are able to handle virtually all repairs in 2-3 weeks. And it doesn’t matter what is needed - a new hardwood top, complete sand and refinish, or simply a new piece of hardware - we’ll take care of it.
